Ground crew on standby for you
Our sales team has over 30 years of experience with twin engine, cabin class helicopters. They listen to the client’s flight requirements – business or pleasure, then provide a customized solution to meet those needs.
HeliFlite’s Scheduling and Dispatch team are FAA licensed dispatchers and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They will arrange your flight, coordinate with your business aircraft or ground transportation, provide recommendations on locations to land closest to your final destination and make sure every attention is given to the smallest detail. They are in constant communication with our clients handling last minute changes, flight following with an executive assistant or providing weather updates as needed.

Unrivalled flight and technical excellence
HeliFlite’s highly trained pilots have thousands of hours of flight time, military backgrounds, and are experienced to fly in NYC airspace.
Additionally, they undergo full motion simulator training at least once a year and are required to maintain a first class medical. All flights are conducted with two pilots.
Our technicians enjoy a work atmosphere that is meticulous, attend regular training from various helicopter manufacturers and undergo extensive EH&S training.
